A UK-based Salesforce consultancy built on the principle that lasting digital transformation starts with getting the architecture right — not just getting the implementation done.
NuraCloud is a specialist Salesforce consultancy and CRM transformation practice, working with organisations across financial services, staffing, media, automotive, and public sector. We are platform specialists with deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise built over more than 13 years across more than 20 major programmes.
Where larger consultancies layer multiple teams and frameworks, NuraCloud provides a senior-led, architecture-first engagement model. The people scoping your solution are the same people building it — meaning faster decisions, less rework, and delivery that holds up under scrutiny.
We carry 9 active Salesforce certifications, have delivered against the most complex integration requirements on the platform — including programmes with 11 simultaneous third-party integrations — and we still write production code every day.
NuraCloud's expertise was earned across more than a decade of hands-on delivery — progressing from developer to architect on some of the most complex Salesforce programmes across enterprise and public sector.
Built from the ground up — Apex, Visualforce, sales process configuration — earning four certifications in the first year. A hands-on foundation that still informs every architectural decision today.
Multi-year consultancy delivering across Rolls-Royce, Guardian News & Media, financial services bodies, and more. Integration depth — SOAP, REST, SAP, Jitterbit, Boomi — became a defining speciality. The practice's most technically complex programmes were run during this period.
Operating at architect level — owning end-to-end delivery including the ONS Census workforce platform (a national government programme), leading development teams at BMO Asset Management, and most recently sole-architecting a multi-brand, multi-domain Experience Cloud platform for Adecco Group.
Small by design. Every engagement is led by the same senior architect who designs, builds, and delivers — with no junior handoffs.
Mahfuz is the founder and lead architect of NuraCloud, bringing over 13 years of deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise to every engagement. Starting his career as a platform developer, he progressed through senior development roles across some of the most integration-intensive Salesforce programmes in financial services, media, automotive, and staffing — before moving into sole technical architect responsibilities.
His most recent work includes sole-architecting the Adecco Community Portal revamp — a multi-brand, multi-domain Experience Cloud platform built to serve multiple business units from a single Salesforce org — and leading the development stream on the ONS Census workforce management programme, a national-scale government delivery with non-negotiable deadlines and complex compliance requirements.
Mahfuz holds 9 active Salesforce certifications and is currently pursuing Application Architect and System Architect credentials. Critically, he still writes production code every day — a deliberate choice that keeps his architectural decisions grounded in real platform behaviour.
He has a somewhat unusual skill set of being technically brilliant yet also able to converse with clients to discuss meaningful requirements. When the going gets a little too technical for us, he is our go-to expert.
I have worked with Mahfuz on challenging integration projects where his "can-do" attitude really sets him apart from other consultants and has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes. Commitment to realising client objectives with an open, friendly personality.
"To make Salesforce simple, scalable, and successful for every client — turning platform technology into measurable business outcomes that endure."
Technical debt is a design failure. Every solution starts with deliberate, documented design — reviewed before the first sprint, built to outlast the immediate project.
We work directly with business sponsors, programme managers, and product owners — communicating every delivery decision in terms that matter to the people accountable for outcomes.
We don't deploy and disappear. Our engagements keep your org aligned with evolving requirements and new platform capabilities rather than drifting further behind each release.
We tell clients what they need to hear. Honest assessments, clear documentation, and reliable commitments — particularly when budgets and timelines are under pressure.
A straightforward conversation about your Salesforce challenge — no hard sell, just an honest assessment.
